The room was spacious and clean, plus the beach was beautiful with crystal clear water. the food had a good variety of options and always fresh. Location was great with plenty of activities and attractions nearby.
The staff was not friendly nor helpful, it seemed like they didn't care about our experience. the pool area was always overcrowded and difficult to find a spot.

The luxurious amenities here were outstanding. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre provided an indulgent full body massage, with the steam room and sauna making it a truly relaxing experience. the outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided a tranquil escape from the busy city life.
The only minor issue was the language barrier. While most staff spoke English, it was not fluent.
